The Sheridan Motors dealership is a 44,008 square foot sales and service facility representing the Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep brands. The exterior of the building is handsomely clad with wood grain, stone, and chrome aluminum composite panels representing the latest generation of recognizable branding design. There are amazing views of the Big Horn mountains out of the large curtainwall glass in the showrooms. The building is composed of a number of functions: Sales, Customer Lounge, Retail Parts, New Vehicle Delivery, Service Drive and Lube, and the Service Department. Each space focuses on enhancing the customer experience, providing visual connection to adjacent functions so that way-finding is intuitive throughout the facility. The highly finished central Customer Lounge presents a very inviting waiting area for sales, service and retail parts. The Lounge is also connected to a Retail space for brand centric sales of accessories and branded items. Throughout the facility, large high resolution wall graphics of the mountains supplement branded graphics such as the Jeep timeline that runs across the showroom above the sales offices. The Service Department uses cutting edge technology to scan and analyze each vehicle as it enters and identifies issues that the customer may not be aware of that can be resolved. The lube center at the end of the service drive provides quick lube service 7 days a week. The service department has 24 vehicle stalls including 2 high bay stalls for larger commercial vehicles. A sliding rail exhaust system serves each stall so that vehicles can run inside without compromising the air quality of the space. Each stall is equipped with a bulk fluids distribution management system and it is linked to the tech computer station that provides technical support.
