Warehouse Gastropub

The Warehouse is an adaptive reuse of a former storage warehouse into a modern gastropub. Located in the heart of downtown Sheridan, the project is within walking distance of a network of community amenities, parks, neighborhoods, and Sheridan's main street. This project brings a diverse set of offerings to downtown and seeks to provide an outlet for the community with a number of attractions, including fine foods, games, entertainment, and dancing.

The project provides outdoor and indoor dining, an outdoor gaming area with Bocci Ball, Corn Hole, ring throw and other outdoor games. Inside, patrons can enjoy cocktails and a wide selection of local brews while partaking of one of the many indoor entertainment offerings which include a private billiards room, which can be reserved from small groups, shuffle board or play a round of golf in a private, state of the art golf simulator, which is also located in a private room that can be reserved for small groups. In addition to games, the Warehouse is outfitted with numerous tv’s to catch your favorite sporting event. After 9:00 pm, the Warehouse shifts and opens the only real wooden dance floor in Sheridan. The facility is designed with a stage lighting rig and hosts local and touring bands.

This project is a dynamic addition to downtown Sheridan offering a unique experience found nowhere else in the community.
