One Health Community Health Center

One Health purchased the historic Sheridan, WY Train Depot and completely demolished the interior of the first floor and the basement to make way for a combination dental and medical clinic. The second floor has existing tenants that will continue operations while the first floor is remodeled. The tenant improved space includes three dental operatories, six medical exams rooms, a pano X-ray room, a dental materials lab, dental sterilization, a medical lab, blood draw room and team rooms for both the dental and medical teams. The entire building was reclad in metal siding, the roof redone in standing seam metal roofing and the surrounding deck and railing replaced with durable aluminum decking and new cable railing, all while maintaining the historic character of the building.
