Arete Design Group worked collaboratively with Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority and Kennon to design and prepare plans and bid documents for a 35,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The scope of the work includes design of corporate offices, research facilities and manufacturing spaces, as well as overall site planning and design. Kennon is a multifaceted company that designs and manufactures products to protect high value assets for several different industries.
